Restaurant Mr. Baba opened its doors on August 20, 2005. It is located on the sand of the South Beach at the end of the Sea Garden in Varna. The restaurant is a 15th-century galleon ship, built to scale, docked at Varna’s breakwater. While it looks like a ship ready to set sail from the outside, the interior is designed to meet the needs of a first-class restaurant. Mr. Baba has 120 indoor seats, which, along with the open decks in the summer, increase to 250. In addition to the main dining area, the restaurant also has a captain’s cabin with 30 seats. No matter where you sit in Mr. Baba, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. We update our menus twice a year to reflect the season. In the summer, we offer more fish and light salads, while in the winter, we increase the meat delicacies.
